When a private owner required a cabin that could support nonstop global travel, the client commissioned Sarah Larranaga and Christopher Nobles to execute a comprehensive Gulfstream private jet design. Because the Gulfstream G700 is built for ultra-long-range missions, the designers focused on creating a spacious, customizable environment that prioritizes superior comfort and operational efficiency.

The Challenge: Acoustic Insulation and Maintenance

The primary technical challenge of this Gulfstream refurbishment was the integration of specialized acoustic panels and soft-touch materials. To ensure the cabin remained exceptionally quiet even with a full passenger load, the sidewalls, headliners, and ceilings were wrapped specifically for keeping the cabin quieter. Furthermore, these high-performance materials had to be easy to maintain, ensuring the Gulfstream interiors remained in pristine condition during back-to-back international flights.
